Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Remind Tab Chrome extension ("the Extension", "our Service", or "Remind Tab"). By installing, accessing, or using Remind Tab, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Extension.

Remind Tab is provided as-is, and we strive to make it useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always function perfectly or meet your specific needs.

Using Remind Tab

Basic Usage

Remind Tab is designed to help you manage your browser tabs by allowing you to set reminders to revisit tabs at a later time. You can use the basic features of the Extension for free, which include:

  • Setting reminders for tabs with customizable time periods
  • Adding notes to reminders
  • Receiving notifications
  • Accessing reminder history
  • Using sound alerts and auto tab switching

Free accounts can store up to 10 reminders simultaneously.

Premium Features

Premium features may be offered in the future, which could include additional functionality or higher limits on reminders. Any premium features will be clearly marked as such within the Extension.

Your Responsibilities

When using Remind Tab, you agree to:

  • Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Extension
  • Not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Extension

Intellectual Property Rights

Remind Tab and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers of Remind Tab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not use any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Provided "As Is"

Remind Tab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Extension.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers of Remind Tab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Extension
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Extension
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Extension

Browser Compatibility

While we strive to maintain compatibility with the latest versions of Chrome, we cannot guarantee that the Extension will work perfectly with all future browser updates. We will make reasonable efforts to update the Extension to maintain compatibility.

Remind Tab is not responsible for missed reminders due to browser crashes, system shutdowns, or other technical issues beyond our control.

Changes to the Extension

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Extension (or any part of it) with or without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Extension.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Extension, by email, or by presenting you with a new version of the Terms when you next open the Extension.

Your continued use of the Extension after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developers of Remind Tab operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
